2. Quality assurance:

(1)  If the product is brand new, provides proof of origin and product qualification certificate.

(2)  After the equipment acceptance is transferred, the products sold provide quality guarantee and after sales in accordance with national standards.

(3)  We provide life -long paid maintenance and maintenance services for the equipment sold by the company.

(4)  The pictures and equipment information promoted by our website come to the Internet. The actual model parameters and other information are based on the manufacturer, and the explanation rights belong to us.


3. Establish a customer service file and follow the service quality tracking:

(1) Short -term tracking: The equipment installation and debugging are completed. After two weeks, the first service tracking survey is performed to understand the use of the product, service satisfaction, feedback from opinion, and future demand.

(2) Method of the year: At the end of each year, do the year -end service summary to understand the customer's quality, after -sales service satisfaction and needs, and the purchase plan for the next year.
